Handmade Order Period

Our Lavla’Nail Sets are lovingly handcrafted by our artists. Kindly allow 2–3 business days for us to create something beautiful just for you.

Free Shipping on orders over $50

On orders over $50, we provide free shipping, no promotion code needed. 

Please be noted that $50 is in USD currency so if you're living outside the US, please convert the currency according.

Delivery Period

Most delivery takes 7–14 business days. However, the exact shipping time will vary according to specific locations. 

During major holidays in your country please be prepared that shipping will be delayed.

Returns / Faulty Items

Returns & Exchanges :

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to process exchanges or issue refunds for situations where you have simply changed your mind or wish to request a different style or size. 

We kindly advise you to thoroughly review your order and choose your size according to our size guide before completing your purchase. Your understanding of this matter is greatly appreciated. We value the trust you place in us, and we prioritize your health and safety above all. 💓

Any item, once opened, is unable to be returned or exchanged. All sale and discounted items and opened packages are not eligible for return.

Faulty Items :

Claims for defective items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
If you believe you’ve received a defective product, please email us with your order number, item number, and a clear photo of the item in question.

Once our team confirms the item is truly defective, we’ll be happy to offer you a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.
