🔄 3-Day Exchange (Unused Items Only)

To give you peace of mind, Lavla Lab offers a 3-day exchange policy for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • Replacement shipping from Lavla Lab will be covered by us (one-time only).

  • Exchanges are eligible for the same design or equal value item.

  • Sale, discounted items, and opened packages are not eligible.

🛠 Faulty Items

At Lavla Lab, we stand by the quality of our handcrafted pieces — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better. 💅

  • Claims for defective items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • If you believe you’ve received a defective product, please WhatsApp or email us with your order number, item number, and a clear photo of the item in question.

  • Once our team confirms the item is defective, we’ll be happy to offer you a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.
